Matyas Kolsofszki
Matyas spent his career working with the government, corporate sectors and with startup and scaleup companies prior to founding 384k Ventures. He holds a master’s degree in physics and bachelor’s degrees in enterprise management and in applied physics. He has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School in Private equity and venture capital, at MIT in Artificial Intelligence: implications for business strategy and at BI Norwegian Business School in Innovation management.
Matyas has done research within biophysics and he is a registered technology transfer professional (RTTP) and a certified patent valuation analyst (CPVA). He has worked in Europe, North America and in Asia and he speaks English, Norwegian and Hungarian. Matyas has been a board member and member of the C-suit in several companies and has been leading dozens of global projects related to digital transformation, transactions and intellectual property management.

Jagoda Soszynska
Jagoda is in charge of the creative vision for 384k Ventures and leads customer projects on brand strategy to build a strong, consistent, and recognized brand identity. She is ensuring all marketing, communications, and internal operations align with brand values and goals to foster customer loyalty and business growth. Jagoda is an IT engineer - educated at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland. A lifelong enthusiast of digital graphics and marketing, designing interfaces and visuals since her early school years.
Jagoda brings over 12 years of professional experience across creative and marketing agencies, software houses, startups, and independent projects. Her passion is building end-to-end brands - taking a spark of an idea through rigorous research and design to a cohesive brand identity paired with an effective marketing and visual strategy. Jagoda has built several brands from scratch, helping them become visible, aligned, and cohesive - both with their founders’ vision and to their audiences.
